Financial Policy
The International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research (IJCER) is a not-for-profit, open-access, and peer-reviewed scholarly journal. The journal does not charge any submission fees, editorial processing fees, or peer-review fees at any stage of the publication process.
As part of its open-access publishing model, IJCER applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only to manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication. All editorial decisions are made independently of financial considerations. The introduction of the APC is intended solely to support the sustainable operation of the journal and to maintain high editorial and publication standards.
Advertising and Sponsorship
IJCER does not accept sponsorships or advertisements in line with its publication policies. The journal operates with a strong commitment to academic integrity and transparency.
Policy Update
The journal reserves the right to update its financial policies when necessary. Any such changes apply only to newly submitted manuscripts and do not affect manuscripts already under editorial evaluation.
