International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research contains original scientific publications. All published papers, except editorial manuscripts, are subject to a double blind peer review process.
The International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research (IJCER) aims to contribute to the advancement of educational sciences by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed scholarly research that addresses contemporary issues in education from national and international perspectives. The journal prioritizes studies that demonstrate theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to educational practice, policy, and research. IJCER publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and scholarly discussions that advance knowledge in the field of education. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The journal is an independent, open-access, online publication and publishes four issues annually (March, June, September, and December). The publication language is English, and all accepted manuscripts must meet high standards of academic writing and language accuracy. Professional proofreading is required for all articles prior to publication.
Authors must submit an ethics committee approval document for articles published in IJCER (only for necessary papers). The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research is committed to complying with the criteria of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Out of Scope
To maintain a clear academic focus and consistent scholarly quality, IJCER does not consider submissions that:
• Are primarily clinical, medical, or therapeutic in nature without a clear educational research framework
• Belong to sociology, business, or management disciplines without explicit educational implications
• Focus exclusively on technical or engineering aspects of technology without educational design, learning outcomes, or evaluation
• Address social sciences unrelated to educational settings, learning processes, or educational systems

Article Submissions
Submitted manuscripts must be appropriate to the purpose and scope of the journal. Original, unpublished manuscripts that are not in the evaluation process in another journal and whose content and submission have been approved by each author are accepted for evaluation.
Audience
The target audience is members of the profession, teachers, school administrators, experts, researchers, master's and doctoral students as well as students related to this field with all fields of educational sciences. It aims to contribute to the spread of continuous professional development and research culture.
Fee Policy
The publication of articles in the journal and the execution of article processes are not subject to any fee. No processing or submission fee is charged for articles submitted to the journal or accepted for publication. International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research does not accept sponsorship and advertisement in accordance with its publication policies. All expenses of the International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research are covered by the publisher.
